Den här texten beskriver vad appen samlar in, varför, och vad du kan göra åt det. Webbplatsen neurobics.se har en egen policy.
Kort version
- Du kan använda hela appen utan konto. Dina resultat stannar då i telefonen. Appen skickar användningsstatistik till Google Analytics, men aldrig dina resultat.
- Skapar du konto sparas din e-postadress och dina träningsresultat på vår server, så att de överlever ett telefonbyte.
- Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter och delar dem inte med andra än de tjänster som listas nedan.
- Du kan radera allt när som helst, direkt i appen.

Utan konto
Appen fungerar fullt ut utan inloggning. Dina resultat, din statistik och dina inställningar sparas då enbart i telefonen. Det enda som skickas är den användningsstatistik som beskrivs under Användningsstatistik. Avinstallerar du appen försvinner de.
Det som sparas lokalt är resultat per övning (poäng, nivå, antal rätt, tid och reaktionstid), vilka dagar du tränat, samt dina inställningar för tema, språk, ljud och påminnelser.
Med konto
Väljer du att skapa konto hanteras inloggningen av Firebase Authentication (Google Ireland Limited). Vi lagrar aldrig ditt lösenord — det gör Firebase. Loggar du in med Google får vi din e-postadress och ditt namn från Google.
På vår egen server i Sverige lagrar vi:
- Din e-postadress och ditt visningsnamn
- En identifierare från Firebase som kopplar ihop kontot
- Dina träningsresultat: vilken övning, poäng, nivå, antal rätt, hur lång tid passet tog, reaktionstid och när det spelades
- Vilka dagar du tränat och hur många pass
- När kontot skapades och när det senast användes
Rättslig grund: avtal. Du har bett oss spara dina resultat, och det är vad vi gör. Uppgifterna sparas så länge kontot finns.
Vi samlar inte in exakt plats, kontakter, kamera, mikrofon, hälsodata eller något annat från telefonen utöver det som beskrivs under Användningsstatistik.
Användningsstatistik
Appen använder Google Analytics för Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) för att vi ska förstå hur den används. Det som skickas är vilka skärmar som visas, hur ofta och hur länge appen används, när den installerades och vilka annonser som visats, samt telefonmodell, Android-version, språk och ungefärligt land (härlett från IP-adressen, som inte sparas).
Uppgifterna kopplas till ett slumpmässigt ID för appinstallationen och, om Android tillåter det, till annonsidentifieraren. De kopplas aldrig till ditt namn, din e-postadress eller ditt konto. Dina träningsresultat skickas inte till Google Analytics.
Rättslig grund: berättigat intresse — att förbättra appen och följa upp annonsintäkterna. Uppgifterna sparas i Google Analytics i 2 månader och raderas sedan automatiskt.
Annonser
Gratisversionen visar annonser via Google AdMob. AdMob kan använda en annonsidentifierare från telefonen för att välja och mäta annonser. Vi får aldrig se den, och vi kopplar den aldrig till ditt konto.
Bor du inom EU får du en samtyckesfråga första gången appen startar. Där väljer du själv om annonserna får vara personanpassade. Du kan ändra dig senare i appens inställningar.

Premiumversionen visar inga annonser.
Köp
Prenumerationer hanteras av Google Play. Vi ser aldrig dina kort- eller betaluppgifter — appen får bara veta om ett giltigt köp finns. Uppsägning görs i Google Play, inte hos oss.
Notiser
Den dagliga påminnelsen schemaläggs i telefonen. Ingenting skickas till oss eller till någon server, och du kan stänga av den i appens inställningar eller i Androids inställningar.
Artiklarna
Läs-fliken hämtar texter från neurobics.se. Hämtningen går via vanliga webbanrop, och som vid alla webbanrop registreras din IP-adress tillfälligt i serverloggen. Vi använder inte de loggarna för att följa enskilda användare.

Ingen av dem får dina träningsresultat. De ligger på vår egen server och delas inte med någon.
Google kan behandla uppgifter utanför EU/EES, med stöd av EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler.
Radera ditt konto
I appen: Profil → Radera konto. Kontot, alla resultat och all statistik tas bort omedelbart och permanent — både från vår server och från telefonen. Vi behåller ingenting, inte heller i anonymiserad form.

Dina rättigheter
Enligt GDPR har du rätt att få veta vilka uppgifter vi har om dig, att få dem rättade, att få dem raderade och att få ut dem i ett maskinläsbart format. Hör av dig till kontakt@neurobics.se, så svarar vi inom 30 dagar.
Är du missnöjd med hur vi hanterar dina uppgifter kan du klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se.
Barn
Appen riktar sig inte till barn under 13 år, och vi samlar inte medvetet in uppgifter från dem. Har ett barn skapat konto, hör av dig så raderar vi det.
Ändringar
Ändrar vi något väsentligt uppdaterar vi datumet högst upp. Den här sidan är alltid den gällande versionen.
Privacy policy (English)
Applies to the Neurobics app for Android. Last changed 4 October 2026.
This describes what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. The neurobics.se website has its own policy.
Short version
- You can use the entire app without an account. Your results then stay on your phone. The app sends usage statistics to Google Analytics, but never your results.
- If you create an account, your email address and your training results are stored on our server so they survive a change of phone.
- We never sell your data and share it only with the services listed below.
- You can delete everything at any time, directly in the app.
Who is responsible
Getwebbed, which operates neurobics.se, is the data controller. Questions: kontakt@neurobics.se.
Without an account
The app works fully without signing in. Your results, statistics and settings are then stored only on the phone. The only thing sent is the usage statistics described under Usage statistics. If you uninstall the app, they are gone.
What is stored locally: results per exercise (score, level, correct answers, duration and reaction time), which days you trained, and your settings for theme, language, sound and reminders.
With an account
If you choose to create an account, sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google Ireland Limited). We never store your password — Firebase does. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
On our own server in Sweden we store:
- Your email address and display name
- An identifier from Firebase that links the account
- Your training results: which exercise, score, level, correct answers, how long the session took, reaction time and when it was played
- Which days you trained and how many sessions
- When the account was created and last used
Legal basis: contract. You asked us to store your results, and that is what we do. The data is kept for as long as the account exists.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, health data or anything else from the phone beyond what is described under Usage statistics.
Usage statistics
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) so that we can understand how it is used. What is sent: which screens are shown, how often and for how long the app is used, when it was installed and which ads have been shown, plus phone model, Android version, language and approximate country (derived from the IP address, which is not stored).
The data is linked to a random ID for the app installation and, if Android allows it, to the advertising identifier. It is never linked to your name, your email address or your account. Your training results are not sent to Google Analytics.
Legal basis: legitimate interest — improving the app and following up on ad revenue. The data is kept in Google Analytics for 2 months and then deleted automatically.
Ads
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use an advertising identifier from the phone to select and measure ads. We never see it, and we never link it to your account.
If you live in the EU, you are asked for consent the first time the app starts. There you decide whether ads may be personalised. You can change your mind later under Profile → Ad settings in the app.
How Google processes the data: business.safety.google/privacy.
The premium version shows no ads.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details — the app is only told whether a valid purchase exists. Cancellation is done in Google Play, not with us.
Notifications
The daily reminder is scheduled on the phone. Nothing is sent to us or to any server, and you can turn it off in the app settings or in Android settings.
Articles
The Read tab fetches texts from neurobics.se. As with any web request, your IP address is recorded temporarily in the server log. We do not use those logs to track individual users.

None of them receive your training results. Those stay on our own server and are not shared with anyone.
Google may process data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. The account, all results and all statistics are removed immediately and permanently — from our server and from the phone. We keep nothing, not even in anonymised form.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. Contact kontakt@neurobics.se and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change anything substantial we update the date at the top. This page is always the version in force.
